A well planned floral design can pull together all the elements to create your individual flower arrangements whether for a wedding or any other event. From starting the design stages to setting up the flowers at your venue we are dedicated to planning every aspect of your event to deliver a unique and bespoke service. We will attempt the re-use of arrangements if desired and when applicable (e.g. from church to reception).
Our process to design and deliver your personalised service is structured and backed by many years’ experience in business management, and it starts with your online or telephone enquiry.
Following your enquiry we will contact you to discuss the information you provided in more detail to better gauge your requirements and how they will need to be incorporated with the venue and nature of event to create the perfect floral ambience.
A mutually convenient time and location to meet is arranged, this could be at the proposed venue where the event is being held, your home or our premises. We will go through photographs, sketches and samples (where appropriate) which have been prepared in advance of our meeting. We will bring to the meeting any materials and specimens which we believe would benefit and facilitate our discussion.
During our meeting we will discuss options and will provide you with fully documented options together with estimated pricing to take with you to help you make your decision. Whether you decide to keep it simple or have blooms brimming from every corner, the design and arrangements will reflect the style and tone of your event as well as working to your budget.
Whether it is a modest contemporary, informal and rustic, or large and dramatic arrangement or bouquet you desire we would love to help make your event an inspirational lifetime memory.
Your chosen designs will then be translated into a quotation and upon formal acceptance your order will be confirmed with a deposit payment which will be 25% of the final invoice. The services we offer will be bound by our terms and conditions provided to you with our invoice. The remainder of the invoice to be paid two weeks before the scheduled event. If you are planning a wedding we would highly recommend you obtain wedding insurance to cover you against any unforeseen circumstances.
